Despite this, the process was extremely disorganized. I had to interact with the Octopus representative multiple times just to get the waiver completed. At one point, she had to access my phone settings and airdrop the waiver directly to me — a clear indication that the process was not well managed or streamlined. In addition, despite having multiple check-ins with the attendant, the shuttle bus left without us. We were given no clear communication or warning, and now…”
