We were on a cruise ship with limited time, they offered to still take us but for 2.5 hrs vs the 4 hrs. This is just horrible, I booked this trip more than 6 mos in advance and there are 12 of us in the group. Worst service ever. He then said he has another boat that we can take but at 10:30 AM and he said he’s gonna push the other…”
