“Fantastic trip which is unmissable if you like the open water and pristine beaches. Sailing away from Grand Baie into the open waters can be a little choppy but relatively mild. You sail to these fantastic islands through blue seas and we spotted dolphins swimming alongside even if only for a few seconds. The snorkelling on Illiot George is spectacular and the beaches paradise like. Final word must go to the crew of the Dawn which were fantastic - witty, helpful, friendly and keen to please. A nice party atmosphere the final 30 minutes of the boat ride to wake us up from the post-meal/post-sun slumber.”

“L’équipage était au top et le repas très bon. Seulement, on nous a fait embarquer sous un mauvais temps, avec énormément de vent et de nuages. Nous avons eu très froid durant toute l’excursion, ce qui nous a empêché de profiter, et de faire du snorkling. Je pense qu’il aurait été préférable de reporter ou d’annuler la sortie, car nous n’en gardons pas un très bon souvenir. Cependant, je pense qu’avec un beau temps, la sortie aurait pu être très bien. Mais c’est vraiment dommage de faire cette sortie avec le mauvais temps.”

Kilka rzeczy do wzięcia pod uwagę: 1. Na wyspie nie ma żadnych napojów. Warto sobie wziąć butelkę wody ze sobą. Szczególnie, że jest mega gorąco, a na wyspie zostawiają nas na 2h. Na łodzi jest napojów pod dostatkiem. 2. Smarować się, smarować się i jeszcze raz smarować się filtrami. Jesteśmy tu już kilka dni, smarowaliśmy się sporo, a i tak wszyscy wróciliśmy dzisiaj spaleni w kilku miejscach. 3. Warto zabrać obuwie do wody. Na wyspie jest dużo raf i dużo…”

Par contre, nous étions probablement plus de 50 personnes, et il n'y a qu'une quarantaine de places assises dans le cockpit du bateau, et seulement une dizaine de places pour manger sur une table.
