The staff - from bus driver (pickup) to onboard the catamaran were excellent and friendly. The only comment is that there were misalignments between pick-up time and pick-up location. The pick-up time moved out by 30min, and although we double checked the pick-up location, it was twice confirmed "lobby" - but it was not at the lobby; and somewhere at the hotel property. This could be improved. Besides this, great tour, can only recommend.”
